Silver Lake Rodeo is the creation of Arizona native Sloan Dylan Walters. Before launching this project, Sloan contributed to music featured on TV, film, NPR, and college radio. He has performed on stages of all sizes—from intimate local clubs to major festivals such as Dreamy Draw, SXSW, and Country Thunder.

After stepping away from music for several years to raise his kids, Sloan felt the pull of songwriting and performing once again. Silver Lake Rodeo blends his life experiences with a wide range of musical influences—classic country, folk, indie rock, Latin pop, and timeless pop melodies—resulting in a sound that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.
